IMPORTANT NOTICE

Mini Split Supply is it's own entity and does not warranty purchases that are not from MINI SPLIT SUPPLY.

Warranty does NOT cover :

1) Any cost related to the replacement, refilling, and or disposal of refrigerant

2) Damage or failure as a result of abuse, winds, fires, lightning, power surges, corrosive atmosphere, or any other conditions beyond the control of Mini Split Supply.

3) Use of components and or accessories not compatible with systems.

4) Damage or repairs resulting from faulty installation, application maintenance, or unauthorized alteration of our products.

5) Failures to power on, due to interruption and or inadequate electrical service, blown fuses, or open circuit breakers.

6) Parts not supplied by Mini Split Supply and or damages resulting from the use of parts not supplied by Mini Split Supply.

7) Damages caused by frozen or broken water pipes in the event of equipment failure.

WARRANTIES

There is ALOT of contradicting & misinformation out there regarding warranties. We want to help clear the air and provide accurate information.

Mini Split Manufacturers Do NOT warranty DIY, some BRANDS may now warranty DIY but the actual manufacturers only warranty licensed hvac professionals with proper warranty paperwork.

 When you see price differences compared to online versus what a supplier is offering or an HVAC professional it is because they are responsible for the warranty - Like us here at Mini Split Supply, we personally warranty our customers.

Suppliers and HVAC professionals are able to deal with manufacturers at lower prices because the responsibility of the warranty is on them and they have built a relationship with the manufacturer due to their volume purchases.

Do not be fooled by someone offering an extended warranty on an underpriced system 

Or someone saying that your DIY purchase is warrantied by the manufacturer, that is simply not true.
